| Responsibilities |
- Shape overall sales & marketing channel strategy
- Develop and execute sales & marketing initiatives for different channels and target markets
- Use a consultative selling approach to drive sales and establish long-term relationships
- Monitor and analyze changes in the market, competitor activity and customer base and adjust sales plans accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing team on event-based and/or inbound initiatives (e.g., tradeshows, online webinars)

| Experience |
- 2 – 10+ years of consultative inside and/or outside sales experience with a successful track record of achievement, prospecting and cold calling
- 1 years experience minimum working in special education, education-technology, medical device or similar industries
- Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is a huge plus
- Experience working with inbound or digital marketing is a huge plus
- Must be open to travel
